ASM Global & the Dunkin Donuts Center reminds everyone attending events to please adhere to the new hygiene and security policies in place consistent with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Rhode Island Department of Health guidance for the safety of all participants, guests, and employees at the arena including:
- Face coverings and social distancing for guests who are fully vaccinated is not required but is strongly encouraged per current recommendations from the CDC
- All guests two years of age and older who are not fully vaccinated must wear face coverings during their visit except while actively eating or drinking
- Guests do not need to show physical proof of being fully vaccinated
- We will rely on our guests to accurately follow the guidelines based on their vaccination status
If a guest is experiencing any of the following, we ask that you stay home:
- A guest who has COVID-19 symptoms.
- A guest who has a COVID-19 test result pending.
- A guest who is under a healthcare provider’s care for a positive COVID-19 test.
- A guest who has been exposed to COVID-19.

Covid-19 Protocols for Attending An Event
Do I need a negative covid test to attend an event? At this point in time the Dunkin Donuts Center is following the Rhode Island state guidelines. You do not need a negative test.
Do I need to show proof of vaccination to attend? At this point in time the Dunkin Donuts Center is following the Rhode Island state guidelines. You do not need to show proof of vaccination.
Do I need to wear a mask to WWE, A Bruins game, or a Friars game?
While masks are not required, in accordance with the CDC guidelines masks are still encouraged for fans regardless of vaccination station.
The Dunkin Donuts Center is following all Rhode Island State guidelines in collaboration with individual Event Promoters an teams. Policies are subject to change in accordance with the CDC. Additionally, enhanced cleaning protocols powered by ASM Global's Venushield Program are in place to promote the safest and cleanest enviornment for visitors of the facility. Refund Policy for Dunkin’ Donuts Center Events Only due to Covid-19
For all postponed events we ask that fans retain their tickets as they will be honored on the rescheduled date. For cancelled events you may return your tickets for a refund through the original point of purchase. Customers who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster will be refunded by Ticketmaster, Groupon customers should contact Groupon for refunds and customers who purchased tickets at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center Box Office return tickets to the Box Office for a refund.
