The Dunkin’ Donuts Center offers convenient facilities and features for persons with disabilities.

Accessible Seating

To inquire about accessible seating, please call 401.331.6700 ext.7154 during business hours or email kmatarese@dunkindonutscenter.com. You may also see a Guest Services Representative (located across from Section 128) for assistance during events.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices are available for patrons who are deaf or hard of hearing. Arrangements for the devices can be made prior to an event by calling 401.331.6700 ext.7148 or email scatanzaro@dunkindonutscenter.com. There is no charge for this service; however a credit card or a valid form of identification will be required as a deposit to secure the device.

Courtesy Wheelchairs

Patrons requiring a wheelchair for transportation to and from their seats may request one through Guest Services prior to the event by calling 401.331.6700 ext.7148 or by stopping by the Guest Services desk located across from Section 128 on the Concourse.

Accessible Entrance

Convenient wheelchair access to the Dunkin’ Donuts Center is available on the Aborn Street side of the venue closest to the Hilton Hotel. There are also two power-assisted entrances located at the Main Entrance as well as on the Aborn Street side entrance.

Restrooms

All restrooms are ADA accessible.

Service Animals

Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are welcome at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center. Service animals must remain on a leash or on a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal into the building, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.
